Fund My Future is a workforce development program from the New Jersey Department of Labor and Workforce Development, offered through Isles, Inc. for Central NJ residents. The program offers qualifying residents the opportunity to pursue industry-recognized training, earn credentials, and secure employment — with a maximum of $9,600 in funding available per participant.

Who is Eligible? To qualify, you must:

• Be 18 or older and reside in NJ
• Commit to completing approved training and pursuing employment in an in-demand field, such as Phlebotomy, Certified Nurse Aide, Dental or EKG Technician, Cosmetology, Medical Billing, Administrative Medical Assistant, Truck Driving, Home Appraiser, and more
• Meet income guidelines based on family size and location (see chart below for examples, other NJ counties eligible too):

What Does the Program Provide?

• Funding is available for tuition, books, uniforms, technology aids, license fees, and supportive services like childcare, transportation, and gas. All funds are paid directly to training providers and vendors.
• No funds are disbursed directly to participants. Funding is based on an individualized plan and requires full program participation.
• Participants receive support through every step of the journey, including career coaching, occupational assessments, job search assistance, and interview preparation.
